General Instructions

1. The decoration competition is open to children living in Berlin under 2 categories. Category 1 : Age less than 6. Category 2: Between 7 and 12 years old.

2. To enter the Competition, You should submit the photo of the decorated egg on or before Friday 2 April 2021.

3. You can enter the Competition by sending your entry to our email address kcabberlinmalayalees@gmail.com.

4. When submitting your Competition entry, you must provide your name and age and the name, email address and contact telephone number of your parent or guardian. We will only use this information in relation to the Competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.

5. You may only send one entry (only one photo, no restriction on the number of eggs) to the Competition.

Picking the winners

6. Our judging panel will choose the winning entries.

7. The winning entry will be, the one considered to be the most interesting, creative and original.

8. The decision will be made on April 17, 2021. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publishing the winning entries

9. The winning entries will be published on our web site at www.berlinmalayalees.com.

10. You own the copyright to your Competition entry as its author.

11. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give us Permission for your entry to be published.

12. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition.

Prizes

13. The winner will receive a gift coupon.

14. The parents or guardians of the winner and the two runners up will be notified by telephone on or before 30 April 2021.

15. The prizes will be sent to the winner by 9 May 2021.
