Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to all Keralites living in Berlin.
2. To enter the Competition, You should submit the Video/content on or before Sunday 21 March 2021.
3. You can enter the Competition by sending your entry to our email address kcabberlinmalayalees@gmail.com.
4. When submitting your Competition entry, You must provide your name and age and the name, email address, and contact telephone number. We will only use this information in relation to the Competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.
5. You may only send one entry to the Competition.
Picking the winners
6. Our judging panel will choose the winning entry (only one winner).
7. The winning entry will be, the one considered to be the most interesting, creative, and original.
8. The winner will be announced during the Event. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
Publishing the winning entry
9. The winner’s entry will be published on our web site at www.berlinmalayalees.com.
10. You own the copyright to your Competition entry as its author.
11. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give us Permission for your entry to be published.
12. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition.
The Prizes
13. The winner will receive a gift coupon.
14. The winner will be notified by E-Mail or telephone on or before 26 April 2021.
15. The prize will be sent to the winner by 10 May 2021.
