Kids drawing competition

We are glad to make this announcement to conduct a drawing competition for our lovely kids during this Christmas season. May this blessed season be filled with joy and competitiveness. Due to the current scenario and imposed restrictions we are unable to host a competition that requires the physical presence of the contestants. Hence we are planning an online competition, in which each contestant can submit their entry as an image or photo. For more details, please read the Terms & Conditions below.

General Instructions

1. The drawing competition is open to children living in Berlin under 2 categories. Category 1 : Age less than 6. Category 2: Between 7 and 12 years old.

2. To enter the Competition, You should submit the picture on or before Sunday 20 December 2020.

3. You can enter the Competition by sending your entry to our email address kcab@berlinmalayalees.com.

4. When submitting your Competition entry, you must provide your name and age and the name, email address and contact telephone number of your parent or guardian. We will only use this information in relation to the Competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.

5. You may only send one entry to the Competition.

Picking the winners

6. Our judging panel will choose the winning entries (only one winner)

7. The winning entry will be, the one considered to be the most interesting, creative and original.

8. The decision will be made on or before December 23, 2020. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publishing the winning entries

9. The winning entries will be published on our web site at www.berlinmalayalees.com.

10. You own the copyright to your Competition entry as its author.

11. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give us Permission for your entry to be published.

12. Sending in an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition.

Prizes

13. The winner will receive a gift coupon worth €20.

14. The parents or guardians of the winner and the two runners up will be notified by telephone on or before 26 December 2020.

15. The prizes will be sent to the winner by 10 January 2021.
